- Customer will receive one (1) Development Digital Worker for the first five (5) or fewer Production Digital Workers Ordered, and one (1) additional Development Digital Worker for every additional five (5) Production Digital Workers Ordered over and above the first five (5). Subscriptions to Development Digital Workers are limited to development of Customer’s Process Automations only and not for live, production use.

- “Product” as used in the Addendum refers to the Smart Vision services.
- By using the Product, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the United States for the limited time that your Product process is being executed.

Section 10. (Deletion of Personal Data) in the Data Processing Addendum is deleted and replaced with the following:
"Section 10. Blue Prism does not store images that are introduced by Customer for processing using SmartVision or the outputs from Customer’s use of SmartVision. This means that where a Customer introduces an image containing Personal Data for processing using SmartVision, Blue Prism will cease Processing such Personal Data once the relevant SmartVision process is complete. Therefore, there is no Personal Data for Blue Prism to return or delete during, or following termination of, the Agreement."

- “Project” means a set of related or similar Timeline(s) which are to be analyzed with the Software, the scope of which is defined by the End User.
