Do you have the right level of support?
Blue Prism offers 3 tiers of customer support and depending upon how your Digital Workforce is deployed, one of the following options will be right for you.
- Basic Support is included with all Blue Prism licenses and includes access to all the resources we’ve outlined. However, when raising a ticket in our Support Center there is no committed SLA for response.
- Production Support is the most popular support package selected by our customers. This package includes live support, 12-hours x 5-days per week, plus an aggressive SLA response time and 5 Expert Connect calls.
- Business Critical Support is the highest level of support and selected by our largest customers with global deployments of Digital Workers performing mission critical tasks. In addition to aggressive response times, this package includes target resolution times, regular SLA reviews and ability to Live Chat with our support engineers.
The Success Accelerator program combines various levels of mentorship and access to our Expert Services, Technology Ecosystem and Certified Partners based on the size and maturity of your digital workforce operations. For customers getting started, we have designed a Starter Package to assure you’re off to a perfect start. The Process Discovery Tool is a free-to-use online survey that assesses and ranks your processes in terms of most automation-ready to least, with insight into the potential financial impact.
