Replicate and Ramp up: As the capability matures and grows the organisation needs to ensure that it is ready for the next stage of the RPA lifecycle. This phase replicates the success that you have achieved in the Initialize phase and allows you to ramp up the capability safely to increasingly delivering against the overall business objectives.
While there is no one size fits all approach of how you move through this phase, we provide key considerations to help you grow and take the next steps.
- Review your approach to Business Integration and how you can continue to drive RPA out across the organization
- Create a plan to overcome possible resistance to change.
- Review your existing organizational design. Are you still in one department and looking to expand out to other areas?
- Review the example models here to see which one might fit your objectives moving forward
- Refine your approach to Identify the right processes, for the right reasons, aligned to the right business outcomes – repeatedly
- Create a process to manage pipeline demand.
- As you mature, embrace additional complexity, and tackle processes with increased business criticality and risk
